Galaxybase provides configurable graph construction capabilities and step-by-step instructions for building a graph. Users can use the visualization system included in Galaxybase to build property graph data models and configure both metadata and data mappings. Galaxybase supports mapping one data model to different business datasets for the realization of various business graphs, thus dynamically meeting a plethora of business needs.

SRCB is a service-oriented bank that focuses on customer experience. Galaxybase is used to construct a network describing corporate guarantee relationships, based on which a scientific and quantitative risk scoring system is built as a reference for loan reviews.
China Southern Power Grid Company Limited (CSG)
China Southern Power Grid constructs and operates power grids in five southern provinces with a total service area spanning 1 million km² and serving more than 252 million people. CSG uses Galaxybase in smart power grid systems for real-time and automatic examination and evaluation of the grid lines.
State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC)
As the world's largest utility, SGCC supplies power to 1.1 billion population with service area covering 88% of Chinese territory, and operates backbone energy networks in 9 countries and regions. SGCC uses Galaxybase to construct a knowledge graph Q&A system that helps in smart power scheduling.
